Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a £50 deposit is required after our initial consultation. This allows me to begin developing your session, creatively planning, sourcing materials, and preparing the shoot. Please note: this deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel, as work will have already begun. However, I understand that life can be unpredictable , in cases of extenuating circumstances (such as illness or emergencies), I may offer a refund or transfer the deposit to a future session. If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. You’re welcome to move your session once without penalty. Should I need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date of your choice. Thank you for respecting the time and care that goes into each shoot.
